I’ve seen in my Librem One account that xmpp was active. Is the service available now and if it’s the case how can i configure it ?

XMPP user story for LIbrem Chat is being tracked here, but in short I don’t think it’s in a usable state right now:

It is still being implemented, but there is a due date on that gitlab ticket

Good catch, interesting that the due date is Sept 30, but it is tied to the milestone “Feisty first launch 4”, but the first shipment happens Sept 24th

So is the XMPP service up and running now? If so would anyone know where to point me to a config settings page?
Do you really mean xmpp service or native xmpp client? For service, well, there are plenty around, just point a finger to any direction (i prefer running my own anyway). As for the client - it is usable at some state now and has lurch which gives omemo support.
