It’s a response to my question about not receiving the promised second mail in September.

We understand the delay on the Librem 5 has been longer than expected. We are making efforts to improve our communication. We will be sending a monthly update to ALL backers explaining the bigger picture that affects their delivery. The first one is being sent as we speak. Additionally, individual emails are being sent to those batches that are awaiting shipping or are closer to delivery. Availability of all products can be viewed at Purism - – Librem 5 which we will be updating regularly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

For your specific pre-order (January 2018) ETA is most likely within next 2-3 months, but we will provide more details a bit later.
