Niether have I but I was near the end of January. I’m sure it’s coming soon.
We have not seen many December 2018 Orders. I wait for my December2018 order too(payment done in Jan2019). Maybe that person did order in November and did take the payment fulfilled mail as Order date 
Not sure if purism does use the order or the payment date for their list. It is getting closer to to 2019
At least in my case, I actually did order a Librem 5 in December 2018. The payment went through two days after making the order, according to the bank statement from that month.

For the thread: I couldn’t find the original address confirmation email. I contacted support and they resent it to me pretty much immediately. I’m now awaiting shipment confirmation. I received my shipping email on 10/28/22.

It’s great to finally receive the phone. I have followed the progress (and lurked this forum) since the initial backing, and it has been a fun ride to follow. The l5 has had my main sim card since I got it on Thursday, and I will try and see how it is as a daily driver for a little while. Hopefully I can solve most problems and annoyances I am having, but so far I am pleasantly surprised of the phones abilities. But as long as I bring a power bank, and the wifi hotspot is working, all my problems can be solved by bringing a second phone
