Getting ghosted by Support (Librem 14)

I had sent them an email back then, and again a month ago, but all i got is a ticket number #5917 that they won’t reply. They use to have support on their matrix channel, but they have closed that option. What’s the use of paying an “extended guarantee” if the support is completely unresponsive? :angry:

Have you tried pinging @JCS from here in the forum?

I imagine Purism support has been mostly absent over the holidays, but they should be back to work by now.

Just catching up with my @-mentions. It looks like a support technician has followed up on this ticket, and is now awaiting customer response.

Hey @JCS , I have replied that email on Feb 24th. Since then I am booting from a flash drive waiting for further instructions. Do I have to wait another 2 months for my reply to be processed?

PS : I cant log into the forum anymore (and I have NOT lost my password). Even the recovery link doesn’t work. I had to create a new account and now activation link was sent. Weird.
