Hi I have a 15rev2 and noticed the plastic cover over the hinge (where the kill switches are located) was starting to come apart. I thought at first it was cosmetic but now when I try to close the laptop it bends he bottom of the screen. It looks like the hinge on the right side is free floating. Does anyone know how they are built/ has a diagram? I would really like to close my laptop without breaking everything. Thanks!

Librem 13 v3 hinge broken by normal usage

Hello, Has anyone else had this happen? I couldn’t find anything totally clear on the couple searches I did… only mention of concern on the 15. I opened mine today to power it down fully and it seemed fine, was this morning, but when I went to close the lid there was a crackle sound. I opened it a bit to look and see if maybe there was something on the keyboard or some such… nope… so I went to close it again and crackle again. Opened and looked specifically to see what was wrong with the c…

But it doesn’t say how the cases were resolved (probably laptops were shipped to Purism).
