I had the same issue when I took delivery a few months ago, but the info at this thread https://forums.puri.sm/t/bluetooth-not-working-out-of-the-box/464/7 allowed me to connect Bluetooth headphones within a few minutes. It just takes some nerve to type in terminal commands again (I was 20+ years out of practice…).
