Is anyone else experiencing freezing issues with Librem 15 v3?

Please any updates to this? My librem 15 is less than a week old and I experience multiple freezes a day

I have no idea, but first make sure your problems are similar → check journalclt logs from around the crash times and rule out any other reasons (like overheating due to some errand debris blocking the airholes. Also:

New librem 14 randomly freezes

Hello I just received the librem14 less than a week ago but it keeps randomly freezing even when doing lite tasks. I’ve tried updating the firmware and installing EC but keeps randomly freezing. Love the laptop but it’s very annoying to be just watching a YouTube video then all of sudden it will freeze.
