Librem 14.1 Power issues

I have recently bought a Librem 14. I travel often and use the stock charger when I am at home and a USB-C travel charger (it matches the specs of the stock charger).

I tested the USB-C charger and it worked. Last week it started discharging, but when I put the notebook to sleep, it charged back up and thought nothing of it when I returned home and used the stock charger.

Today I was transferring files and I noticed that while on the stock charger, the battery drained to 10% and then soon shut off (not surprisingly). The power cable and charger do not seem to charge the notebook again, nor does any other suitable cable.

While the above posts show a similar issue with being solved, they mentioned quite a lot of work in the console, which is ok, but I am unable to really power the Librem on for more than a few seconds. A press of the power button takes me to the prompt for the boot menu and sometimes I can get to the boot menu before it shuts off.

I am using PureOS. Any tips to resolve this issue?

Welcome to the club.

Your replacement should arrive in about a month.

Actually, so far the communication went quicker than expected and I was given an option to ship it closer to my home. So we will see, but overall I am satisfied with the customer support, so far.
