Librem 5 (evergreen) bricked

It was fine, but a few days ago when I come home to it, it was dead. No sign of life at all. No charging light. I could not turn it on at all. Any help?

If you remove the battery and plug the device to the charger, is there any light?

I am afraid not.

you could try the procrdure brought up by irvinewade first

If you have a laptop with a USB-C port could you connect the phone to the laptop, and show me the output of: lsusb ?

Also could you try to change the orientation of the charger cable?

Nothing, it wasn’t listed. I did try flipping the cable, or another cable.

When you ran lsusb, did you found this line:

Bus 001 Device 010: ID 1d6b:0104 Linux Foundation Multifunction Composite Gadget

No, I am afraid not. Nothing like that.

Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub
Bus 001 Device 014: ID 04ca:300d Lite-On Technology Corp. Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Can you contact us via email to: support@puri.sm with your order number and describing the steps you took so far in troubleshooting.
