Librem 5 for sale, EU, 630 EUR

This is a regular Evergreen with modem for Europe, I bought it second hand in September 2022 from someone who had received it from Purism in June 2022 and not opened it. I had to send it to Purism for repair as it wasn’t starting, now it is starting fine. It is as new except for a tiny paint scratch at the edge of the SIM card tray.

It has always been on my desk at home.

I am selling it because I have too many gadgets and I don’t have enough time to play with that one.

I would ask, if have phoned by this evergren librem5 ?

Because I have no signal and no registration but the SIM-card is right in and dos work well !
Also the carrier is getting datas…

If possible you can help me, it would be nice.

NOTE: It it important/mandatory to have Librem 5 powered off when inserting SIM card!

Vielleicht noch einmal das Problem richtig umschrieben:

die sim-Karte habe ich korrekt eingeführt.
Das L5 ist dabei ausgeschaltet.
Dann wird es eingeschaltet.
Es kommt keine Netzverbindung zustande -->
Telefonieren nicht möglich,
Internet nicht möglich,
SMS nicht möglich…

Das Modem will ein Netz suchen (searching),
aber findet kein Signal (0%).
Dann folgt die Anzeige:
“nicht registriert” (no registered).

Die sim-karte funktioniert fehlerfrei in meinem anderen smartphone iPhone-se2020.
Ich wechsele die sim-karte hin und her um zu prüfen, dass diese funktioniert.

Ich fragte beim netzbetreiber “Blau” um technische Unterstützung.
Leider keine Hilfe.
Aber alle Einträge für mobiles Breitband (2G,3-4G, LTE) sind korrekt.

…ich muss viel dazu lernen;-)

I inserted the sim card correctly.
Than the L5 turned on.
There is no network connection -->
phone not possible,
Internet not possible
SMS not possible…

The modem wants to search for a network (searching)

Then the display follows:

The sim card works fine in my other smartphone iPhone se2020.
I switch the sim card back and forth to check that it works.

I asked the network operator “Blau” for technical support.
Unfortunately no help.
But all mobile broadband (2G,3-4G, LTE) entries are correct.

For anyone wondering, the Librem 5 was sold.

Note that in your forum account preferences, you can enable email notifications (with the content) whenever someone replies to you, mentions you, direct-messages you, etc.
