Should I replace the thermal paste when I change the screen on my Librem 5?

Watching this video I notice there is a blue paste on the machine. Is this thermal paste? Should I replace it when I take the machine apart?

I replaced mine, the stock thermal paste dried out on my phone so I replaced it with some Arctic.

Thank you so much for your response—I mostly wanted to make sure it was indeed thermal paste and not some other compound

When I take my machine apart, I will make sure to clean it with some isopropyl alcohol and apply some new paste—I should have some Corsair lying around somewhere.
