That’s because when an order is created the details are statically set and changes to your user account will not be reflected on your order. It’s just the way the software (WooCommerce?) works. You’ll need to email support with your order ID and they’ll update your order with your new email.

So I had a conversation about my librem 14 (ordered 8th September) and I asked when it arrives and I doesn`t get a answer! Others who ordered later then me receiving their laptop and I have to wait on the next batch next month or what?
I have the same problem. Also sent a mail. I will share any answer I get.
Based on your profile information, I suspect that you are German or at least speaking German, maybe even live in Germany.
As I am also living in Germany, maybe there is a problem regarding transport to the EU or Germany.
@deutschlaender @Elshid If you didn’t receive an address confirmation, check which email you used during your initial order as updating your contact details through their user portal does not update your order details. Your order details can only be updated by them via email.
Always put the correct subject title so it’ll get triaged correctly.

Congratulations! What was your hardware specification?
Congratulations. I have to confess that I am now allowing myself to get giddy with excitement with receiving what I consider, like Purism, to be my dream laptop. It feels comparable to when Half-Life 2 came out. I took the day off from my courses that day and played all day. Perhaps I will do so for loading Qubes and migrating over to the laptop.

I updated the firmware soon after getting it, to get the headphone jack working.
