Happy to report I got mine:
Order date 2017-09-28
Got an address confirmation request 2021-03-11, but told Purism to hold the order until CE/FCC is available.
Then address confirmation 2022-03-22, ready for shipping mail 2022-03-28. DHL told me to pay customs on 2022-03-31, paid on 2022-04-01 and it was delivered the same day. Now playing GNOME 2048 on it.

@itay-grudev You may have to start using the Chinese lunar calendar - it’s still Q1 in that for a while… 
@blizzack you (and anyone else from October 2017 or before, or at this point November too probably) may want to contact support@puri.sm directly with your order details, as has been instructed - some orders seem to need manual help (this thread is not the way).

We are still shipping out L5s as far as I know. Each week or so we contact a new batch of folks to confirm their address and go from there. We try to build a pipeline for this to make it as efficient as we can but the back-and-forth still does tie up some time.
