Is there a software roadmap for the Librem 5 that is tracked anywhere?

Yesterday I was looking for information about progress on support for the camera in the Librem 5, but was unable to find any. And just in general I’d like to know what the prioritization for upcoming Librem 5 features are. Does any such list exist (ideally with linked Gitlab issues)?

For the camera, look

In general, I’d say the priority list is to

make everything work that was promised (See Promise Delivery Chart)
Where camera would be pretty high
Also in the works: Geary (mail client) - see Librem 5 media (photos and videos)
Improvements to Chatty are probably also made regularly
Other than that, the roadmap is influenced by user wishes. Have a look here:
